I am an Italian citizen born in Schio (Vicenza) who has had the wonderful opportunity of experiencing life in the consular, diplomatic and entrepreneurial fields.

Honorary Consul for the Republic of Lithuania in the post-Cold War period (early 1990s) and, in 2001, appointed Honorary General Consul.

After graduating in Psychology in Padua and attending a three-year psychoanalysis course in Milan, I took part in a Professional training and retraining course in Diplomacy of the Order of Malta, Department of International and Diplomatic Sciences in Gorizia - Faculty of Political Sciences - University of Trieste.

Appointed SMOM Ambassador the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and, in 2009, I presented my credentials to the President of the Republic, thus becoming Ambassador for Ethiopia.

In January 2014, I was accredited by the African Union, the most important diplomatic organisation in Africa, after presenting my credentials to the President of the African Union Commission, S.E. dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.

I also continue my activities as administrator and/or chairman in the real estate sector, building medium-sized commercial, office and industrial structures as well as hotels.
