Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta in Riga (Latvia).
On the 29 of August 2017, he presents credentials to the President of the Republic of Latvia, H.E. Mr. Raimonds Vējonis.
He organizes the Embassy with a First Secretary and a Second Secretary, continuing the diplomatic activity, setting the goal of the centrality of man, following the cardinal principles of the Order of Malta, Tuitio Fidei et Obsequium Pauperum.

Organised the Embassy into its current staff of 2 Embassy counsellors, one Head of Protocol and one secretary.
Carries out his diplomatic activity placing human beings at the centre, reflecting the objectives of the Order.
Financed and carried out the renovation of the 8-bed Health Center in Korke, run by Padua's CUAMM.
Co-financed and built the Health Center in Arsi.
Financed an elementary school in Pawi and a school in Meki.
He collaborates with the S. Giuseppe Charity Centre to support and sponsor humanitarian aid.
Visited the Suor Laura Girotto Centre in Adwa and expressed his support for the initiative by building a Pediatric Hospital. Took part in the inauguration of the accommodation quarters and was awarded the honour of cutting the ribbon.
The Embassy supports the "Cattolica University" project - which is very much appreciated by the Ethiopian government as it recognises the high quality education of Catholic schools - by involving Italian companies and Financial Institutions in fundraising.
Organisation of a group of doctors and paramedics, to guarantee constant medical assistance at the Wasserà healthcare facility.
Collaborates with the Cuamm Medici for Africa.
Collaborated with the University of Padua, Ecusta and Cuamm to activate a Summer School course in "Epidemiology and health risk management".
The Ambassador is also active within the Department of Cooperation of the Autonomous Province of Trento, whose collaboration led to the launch the "Catholic University of Addis Abeba" and the involvement of important Venetian companies who donated floors and bathroom fixtures.
Financed the building of a school in the Burayo prison.
Thanks to his constant work, he succeeded in getting the SMOM accredited by the African Union, the most important Organisation of African States located in Addis Abeba. In January 2014, he presented his credentials to the President of the African Union ,S.E. dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, as a result of which the Sovereign Order of Malta was included in the list of "Non-African states" as "Permanent Representative".
